Egg Sandwich Recipe | Egg Salad Sandwich | Egg Mayo Sandwich | How to make egg sandwich

hey everyone welcome on my Blog !!! Today I will be sharing with you my recipe for a delicious and easy egg salad sandwich it’s perfect for the quick and satisfying lunch and it’s so easy to make. Everybody enjoys a good egg salad sandwich recipe, and this one is great for both adults and children because it’s simple to prepare and adapt.

Why I love this recipe so much:

Eight  components: Sandwich bread, salt and pepper, hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt),  butter, chili sauce , veges

Customizable: Although I’ve included some fun additions below, you can easily customize this easy egg salad in any way you like!

Get ahead: This recipe is great for meal preparation and keeps well for 4-5 days in the fridge, depending on how fresh your eggs are. Cover the filling and store it in the refrigerator ahead of time.

Hard-boiled eggs on the stovetop:

This is a favorite method. Place all eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. To make it easier for the eggs to peel, add one teaspoon of baking soda to the water. Over medium heat, cook them until they come to a boil. Cover them after removing them from the heat. Allow them to sit for ten minutes in the hot water and rinse the eggs under cold water.

This recipe is for an egg salad sandwich, also known as an egg mayo sandwich. It involves boiling eggs, chopping them up, and mixing them with mayonnaise, butter, and other ingredients. The egg salad is then spread on bread to make a delicious sandwich.

If you’re looking for a quick and easy lunch or snack option, this egg salad sandwich recipe is a great choice.

Here are some further details about the recipe:

Ingredients – Makes 2-3 Sandwiches

3 Eggs – Hard Boiled

1/4 cup Mayo

2 tbsp Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

2 tbsp or as desired Chopped Green Onions, Cucumbers, Capsicum or any vegetable of choice

Sriracha or Chilli Sauce – As Desired

Methods :-

1. Boil the eggs until they are fully cooked, then allow them to cool before peeling and chopping them up.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, butter, salt, pepper, and any other ingredients you desire, such as diced onions, cucumbers, or herbs.

3. Once the egg salad mixture is well-combined, spread it onto slices of bread. You can use any type of bread you prefer, whether that’s white, wheat, or specialty bread like sourdough.

4. Add any additional toppings you like, such as lettuce or tomato slices or cheese slices, before adding the sandwich’s top slice of bread.

5. Serve your egg salad sandwich immediately, or store it in the fridge for later. It’s a versatile and delicious recipe that’s perfect for any time of year.

Recipe explained in detail :-

we are going to start by hard boiling the eggs place them in a pot of water and bring it to boil once it’s boiling turn off the heat and let the egg sit in hot water for around 10 to 12 minutes then drain the water and rinse the eggs under cold water and let them sit until they’re cold enough to handle you can use a fork or an egg slicer for this process I’m using an egg slicer just for the ease and also this is a small batch recipe so I’m using three eggs which should be good enough to make two to three sandwiches depending on how much filling you like so once the eggs are chopped I am going to add in some mayonnaise I’m using quarter cup of mayonnaise and to that I’m gonna put some butter around two tablespoons of melted cools down butter it’s still melted but it’s cool enough then add salt and pepper to taste and you can add some paprika if you like the flavor of that too this is your basic base and after this step you can add anything you want to customize the filling according to your taste don’t skip on the butter because that is going to make this stable and it’s gonna also help preserving it in the fridge next I’m adding in some chopped onions capsicum and some cucumbers I love the Crunch and the texture that they give to the sandwich I also added some sriracha and a little bit of sugar sugar helps bringing out the flavor of the vegetables that you use if you want to skip it you can totally do that and instead of sriracha if you want you can also use chili garlic sauce now all you have to do is fill in your sandwiches cut them and enjoy sometimes I also like to add a slice of cheese into this that also tastes really nice and here you go your delicious egg sandwiches are ready in no time at all and this is how this looks the next day you can see how stable it is the butter really helps thicken up the stuffing and it also reduces the amount of water that the vegetables might ooze out and here I am enjoying it with a cup of coffee. I hope you guys give it a try and enjoy it as much as I did if you did please do give it a big thumbs up and consider subscribing to my channel “jiasytchannel” youtube for more recipes like this if you have any requests please comment below until next time “jiasblogging”.
